Error 443: Update IUP must not have SVN smaller than SVN of Flash IUP.
The included flasher file: FWUpdLcl64.exe is too outdated to function correctly: version 14.1.74.2373.
The latest firmware .bin file "ME_14.1_Cons.bin" is version 14.1.77.2497. So therefore the FWUpdLcl64.exe file version needs to match or exceed the version number of the .bin file.

Same happening for me. Tried to flash over 14.1.75.2420 using only the provided files, resulting into the same Error 443.
My Setup

Not working still. If you hover the mouse pointer over the "FWUpdLcl64.exe" file, the version can be viewed.
The provided file is version 14.1.75.2420.
Where in order complete the flash update, the version needs to be 14.1.77.2497 or higher.  
Might need to find an alternate source.
