Couldn't find any problem except updating to this last version realtek released and you posted - lan keeps randomly disconnecting and won't fix itself without restarting the adapter, sometimes the pc. Got back to a driver i knew for sure works (last from motherboard support page) and it didn't happen since. MSI z490 a pro with built-in realtek 8125 2.5gb. nothing strange in event viewer or anywhere else.

I am using the same Realtek chip in my MSI B550, can't duplicate this behavior.
In fact, the latest driver I posted, is basically the same which was posted in January with some up[dated PCI Devixce IDs.
You could try to run from a Command Prompt (as Administrator) the following commands:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
Or run the Windows Troubleshooter which resets the LAN Card.

Cheers
Tom

Will try this version asap, hope the bug i experienced is fixed - having an update this quick make me think the previous release had a problem and it was not on my side. Thanks!
Edit: No drops until now - driver seems stable.
