I have been trying on and off to extract firmware from a Realtek SPI dump for about a year.

I was able to extract v1.32.7 a while ago, but firmware versions newer than v1.32.7 are structured differently and are even flashed differently by MPtool Lite.
The key was using the v9.34.11 firmware to compare how it was structured.

Anyway, one thing I have noticed since I added a 4Mbit SPI to the UTHAI Q5/Q6/Q7 the config for them uses these parameters:
- LED = 0x3
- CUSTOMIZED_LED = 08 00
- UART_DBG_PIN = 100
- DISK_HOTPLUG = 0x3
- DISK_IPS_THRES = 0xa
- DIS_SHOW_EMPTY_DISK = 0x1

DISK_HOTPLUG is not supported on newer firmwares and causes disconnection/firmware crash issues after the drive goes to sleep. DISK_IPS_THRES seems fine.
hence why enclosures coming with newer firmware dont have it in the config or have commented it out with updates like is the case with jeyi

Compatibility Results for DISK_HOTPLUG = 0x3
- RTL9201VB_v1.32.7.112522_signed.bin = Fine
- RTL9201VB_v9.32.74_071723_dbg.bin = Untested
- RTL9201VB_v1.33.3.092723_signed.bin = Untested
- RTL9201VB_v1.33.88.071824_signed.bin = Untested
- RTL9201VB_v9.34.11.102524_dbg.bin = Not Working
- RTL9201VB_v1.34.29.011325_signed.bin = Not Working
