On the Chip for what i can read
RTL9210
JTU68EJ SK12
 While i try the procedure for recovery can you tell me for the
UTNVME_A_v1.29.8.122921.bin
wich one is the right? 
UTGDFW_A_v1.25.14.041521.bin
UTGDFW_A_v4.22.27.081220.bin

I wasted an entire day without success, unable to unbrick it
the chip is version A but looking for the what is written on the pcb i cam across this

Look like that the pcb even if it's made for the revision B got a chip revision A

@Blast Beat Try touching the 2 pin's like whats shown in the picture,I think the chip say's PUA on it.

It can be tricky to do because the pins are so small get a friend or someone else to help while you try and connect the pin's,I had to use a magnifier to see what I was doing and if you hold the tweezers on the 2 pins for 7 to 10 seconds it should reset,I forget how you tell because I only had to do this twice but I think the Led starts to blink.

last attempt made with the electrician's tweezers and the smartphone as a microscope, still no result.
The rom is a Puya P25D40H
