There is a brandnew Intel Graphics driver v26.20.100.6603 WHQL dated 14. February 2019 available for the upcoming Win10 v19H1. Supported are the IGPUs from Skylake up. I got it via Windows Update.

MB: ASRock X570 Pro4, CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, System Drive: 1 TB Sabrent Rocket 4.0, Graphics: Sapphire Radeon RX570, OS: Win10 x64 Pro

just tried to install on one of my system having Intel Core i5 6200U (6th Gen) via the device manager update driver manually locating the inf file, didn't work. Any idea why?

It probably fails because the CA Root certificate for the driver is not valid for your Operating system. You have to have the CA root certificate for Insider Builds installed.
