It's a Bootloader and is probably the firmware that's used when connect the device without a m.2 Drive for Firmware Updates etc..:

I confirm, it does not erase the configuration of the original firmware but it fails on the update, too bad

 

MPTool mini need a config file to it´s : UTHSB_MPtool_Lite_Mini_1.ini and RTL9210B_CG_Lite.cfg
