Realtek RTL9201R Firmware 1.32.7 / 9.34.11

My hdd enclosure(RTL9201R) is on firmware 1.32.7 and is working correctly only on windows (usb 3 10Gbps speed) but would not show up on either mac (m2 pro), ios , android or linux, not even the usb is recognised. It uses external power adapter to power 3.5 inch drives. The drive works perfectly on mac os and other unix/linux when i use a usb 2 dongle albeit at usb 2 speeds. I have tried changing config settings but no luck. Does this chip not work with unix/linux or is this another problem on my enclosure

I had two UTHAI/ShuoLe U25N-L Enclosures arrive today they came with 1.34.29 Firmware 
I have taken an SPI dump and edited it for Drive ID passthrough and such
It has 5 RGB LED's and does a nice rainbow effect

1.32.7 is fine (we have a realtek flashable updater from windows
9.32.74 does that also the drive will just disapear at random when not doing alot (i only have a spi backup from a Cofre Disco Duro)
1.33.88 is fine (i only have a spi backup from a Cofre Disco Duro)

If it was me i would try and get the updater from the forum or take a spi backup
then flash 1.32.7 and see if its fixed you could then roll back to 9.34.11 if required if you had a backup or the updater for 9.34.11
 
Jeyi still hasn't come back to me about the issue. I suspect SUSPEND_DISK_OFF at 0x1 is the culprit. I won't do anything though, because I don't have the 9.34.11 firmware. If only I could download it from  www.mydigit.cn/thread-564463-1-1.html .

They've sent me the firmware! It's still 9.34.11 but their .cfg fixes the disconnect after 1 minute issue.

Something to pay attention to: Serial Number Settings > Increment Serial is enabled by default. I like to disable it.

Excellent firmware. PERIPH_API for LCD is now supported. I successfully flashed the ShuoLe enclosure with BW LCD.
