Yes, because MPTool mini no longer exists on the latest firmware versions and sometimes doesn't allow detection.
Try Mptool Lite, but be careful if you don't have an LED strip, because otherwise you'll lose the LED lighting (except for the activation LED, which remains active).

Configuration
Gigabyte Z890 Master, Intel Cpu Core Ultra 7 265K, Memoires 32Go Corsair DDR5 (6000Mhz CL30), Water-cooling Thermaright, nVidia Geforce RTX4060,  Alimentation Gigabyte 850W, Samsung SSD 990 Pro, SSD9100 Pro, Clavier Razer Black Window , Souris Razer, Boitier NZXT H6, HP Steelserie, Free Fibre Ultra (8Go/8Go), Lan 10Gb, Cable CAT8/7, Switch 10/5/2.5Gbps, Casque Philips Fedelis.

Thanks, due to this reason, I still don't update RTL9220 firmware, with RTL9210B, JMS583 I already tried many times :)

Hi,
I downloaded MPTool Lite Mini from  www.station-drivers.com/index.php/en/com...tilities/lang,en-gb/
And upgraded successfully with my Ugreen RTL9220 box, It works normally
Code:
admin post=5192 userid=279  [attachment=1146]mptool.jpg[/attachment] I will try the update directly with the MPTool mini utility because it does not require a configuration file and I think it does not overwrite the configuration of the LED lights, I will confirm this afternoon upon receipt of a new Sabret RTL9220 RGB box  [attachment=1147]Capture d’écran 2025-08-18 184117.jpg[/attachment] I confirm, it does not erase the configuration of the original firmware but it fails on the update, too bad
