wait, if it located below then I don't think I can't open that up, I'm still on warranty as well, so I think it better for me to send it back and request for a new one

nevermind, I try to update the firmware again and this time there no problem
but the speed stay the same tho
so the firmware is not problem here?
why read speed is correct, but write speed isn't?

this may be due to the disk or cable, the USB 3.2 Gen2 port

Have you enabled disk write cache setting in device manager for the disk?
