New version 31.0.101.2137 is showing up in Driver Fusion (Free version), couldn't find a source to download it.

It is a fake version. Except main display driver iigd_dch.inf（v31.0.101.2137 WHQL）, includes a very old MSHdaDac.inf(v26.x.xx.xx) and missing other software components(cui_dch.inf, igcc_dch.inf, HdBusExt.inf, iigd_ext.inf...etc).

There are software components for the newer UHD driver, which is currently available via Windows Insider update for select/target users.
cui_dch.inf and igcc_dch.inf did come in 31.0.101.2137
 

There are no enhancements or features improvement in this driver, most likely just a general fix for critical vulnerabilities or bugs in the previous driver.
