[DRIVERS] Realtek High Definition Audio Codecs (HDA/UAD)

Unofficial Realtek UAD generic 6.0.8780.1 and newer won't be available until fresh copies of HDXRT.inf and HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf are found. Realtek made changes internally to these 2 files in 6.0.8780.1 which break my mod. Simply bumping date and version number result in .inf files that don't pass WHQL validation due to their hashes not being the cabinet files.
This last happened in 6.0.1.8692 but only with HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf. Back then HDXRT.inf was present in UAD Nahimic package, but it was removed starting with 6.0.8764.1. In the meantime I'll keep posting revisions to 6.0.8779.1 with updated Audio Effects component (APO), Hardware Support Application (HSA) and Universal Audio Service to keep up with Realtek Audio Console updates.

The official installer is included. If you prefer it over my custom made open-source installer, move Win64 folder inside Official-Setup folder and run setup.exe as admin from there. This release comes with an update for Realtek Audio Console. Open Windows Store and do a check for updates to get Realtek Audio Console 1.5.191.0 right away or wait for Windows store to pull it.

FF0C is possible to be next WHQL (8781).

Unofficial Realtek UAD Generic 6.0.8783.1
- This release comes with a force update tool that replaces codec component version 6.0.8779.1 with latest version. It has to be executed after completing installation / update with setup.cmd or you'll still be running 6.0.8779.1 that setup.cmd installs by default. See this issue thread to find out why.

- Updated Realtek Audio Effects component to 11.0.6000.718.
