Windows 10 > v10.66 (8/28 re-release)
note: I've been told by the Realtek PCIe NIC/LAN software team a few months ago that they will only release new Win10 & Win11 drivers; they will no longer produce nor make any new LAN driver releases for older Windows versions like Win7 & Win8.x (v7.142 is the very last driver for Win7 and v8.088 is the very last driver for Win8/8.1)
