I unscrewed the upper case, remove SSD, and the shell as attachment.
Can you guide me more details how to disassemble to get the mainboard?
I tried using a flat screwdriver to pry it open, but I wasn’t successful.
I attached image link  (I cannot attact image in this post)

Yes, it's easy. Normally, I took the opportunity to put thermal paste on the chipset so that it is in contact with the aluminum part.

I will try the update directly with the MPTool mini utility because it does not require a configuration file and I think it does not overwrite the configuration of the LED lights, I will confirm this afternoon upon receipt of a new Sabret RTL9220 RGB box

I confirm, it does not erase the configuration of the original firmware but it fails on the update, too bad

If the update fails, note the difference between A/B firmware.

I managed to remove the mainboard and successfully restored the firmware. Ugreen’s product is very well-built, so taking the mainboard out was quite difficult. I’m currently using a rather old version, 1.32.82.081123, which enables the LED, but only one side works and it keeps flashing red continuously, which is quite annoying. I’ll just have to use it like this for now.
By the way, may I ask what the function of the .bin files in the gdfw folder is? I noticed that this folder looks the same across different versions.

I think but not sure that the bin files allow the support of the chipset configuration (addressing, support of the ROM, ..) sdefrwggerg knows more than me in this area
