Realtek HDA/UAD/Component Drivers

are there any difference between NB/Laptop and the other one?

very little to no difference. only minor difference is the contents of the setup.ini file for the NB/laptop package
compare the setup.ini file from the 9768.1 realtek_audio_R zip package with the one from the 9768_UAD_WHQL_NB zip package
(google search for the Microsoft windiff.exe file comparison tool and run it to compare the differences between the setup.ini file from both packages)

Don't worry about that., I have the B550M Mortar.
But I never use the setup program, just install all drivers from Device Manager and remove old drivers with DriverStore Explorer .

the Realtek device extension INF files (ex. HDX_MsiExt_RTK.inf) can not be installed thru Device Manager though {that's why I never use Device Manager to do this task).
those kinds of INF files must be installed either thru DriverStore Explorer (with both the Add driver and "Install driver" options checked) or using the pnputil.exe tool with the -i (or -install) switch
