Have i use the file AQC113-DirtyWake-Swap_Bx-1.5.38_bdp_aqsign (MDI Swap) ?
It work for me 

Tried with the file MDI Normal : AQC113-DirtyWake_Bx-1.5.38_bdp_aqsign.clx
