Apparently the USB 10GBit port helped the M2-SATA SSD to hit the limits.

Yes the limit in ssd Sata and 700Mbps max

J'ai jamais regardé mais le contrôleur NVME d'une carte mère ca se met a jour ? ou c'est via les Bios des fabriquants ?

Le controleur et intégré au chipset Intel ou AMD et mis a jour via le Bios oui
