Marvell AQC113C FourPartID Firmware updater edit

yes i turned the psu off for 30 seconds and tried powering it when it was off to drain the caps

I tested the Z390 Aorus Master + 9900K for power off which was fine
but card 2 on a Z690 Aorus Elite AX + 12900k i hadnt i have just tested that
was powered off for 20 mins also fine

really i was expecting unique var's in the firmware
 

very strange that 1.5.42 is working for your card but not mine.
can you maybe provide a dump of that card with that version? or the image file you flashed?

you can see me in the video go through it including powering the pc fully down on 1.5.42 on both nic's

yeah no. doesn't work. seems like my card simply doesn't like 1.5.42 ... at least not with these mac/phy values.
maybe my second card would work, but i don't risk it. would be a big hassle to remove it for recovery...

I picked up a newer revision

WOL works on it Its AQC113 and not AQC113C

Its PCIE 4.0 x 4 not 3.0 x2

Firmware is 1.5.38 out of the box
