My laptop has 3 NVME M.2 slots, filled with 2 Samsung PM9A1 and 1 Seagate FireCuda 530 SSD, and Intel RST/VMD mode is enabled by default, upgrading the Seagate FireCuda 530 SSD firmware is not available in RST/VMD mode.

I tried to disable VMD mode in the BIOS, everything works fine with both Samsung PM9A1, but the Seagate FireCuda 530 is only visible in the BIOS, it does not show up in the Windows 11 operating system after disable VMD mode, Without disassembling the Laptop, is there any way?

To avoid needing to physically remove them try disabling in bios setup the 2 Samsung PM9A1 drives, so that only the 1 Seagate FireCuda 530 SSD is recognized as being present. Disconnect any other external storage drives. Use the free software "Rufus" to create, on another machine, an external USB bootable "Windows to Go" installation. Note: the best results will be to: use a USB 3.0 or USB C connected SSD for creating the "Windows to Go" installation. There are inexpensive USB 3.0 to SATA adapter cables that can enable using a normal SATA SSD for the purpose.
Then the Seagate FireCuda 530 SSD firmware should be upgradable.
