download the "Realtek Audio Universal Service 1.0.838.0" SWC driver package from here:
www.station-drivers.com/index.php/en/forum/realtek-hda-uad-drivers-firmwares-utilities/24-realtek-hda-uad-component-drivers?start=620#4706

that package includes version 12.0.6000.357 of the RealtekRS5HSA.inf file

Just wanted to note, the links are in the wrong order.  kg8 goes to 2.52.362.0 and hfq goes to 1.52.362.0.
