It offered an update earlier on my laptop

26200.6725 Eject seems fine, Start can be enabled with vivetool

On further testing on other fresh installs without any cleaning of the os

the eject bug is present on 25H2 it is inconsistent though

You can plug in 10 drives and 2 will eject fine 
I have narrowed it down to NTFS drives it doesnt happen on FAT/FAT32/exFAT

It is caused by explorer.exe locking files in System Volume Information

I:\System Volume Information>dir /a
 Volume in drive I has no label.
 Volume Serial Number is C042-CB78

I can plug in 20 FAT32 USB drives and all 20 will eject just fine
I can plug in 20 NTFS USB drives and only 3 or so will eject 

I encountered a problem when installing the drivers regarding the Intel Bluetooth which was in hardware with the unknown ID code, I had to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for them to work (23.170)
