only the sp149150 html release note page is working but the exe file itself is not yet posted (maybe Mon. 9/25 or later)
HP sometimes does this where they post the info page first but not the actual exe download, admin

HP posted the sp149150.exe file late Sunday evening Sept. 24 pacific local time, so it's now working on my end
-has only HDXCPC.inf file though; for HP Pro Tower G9 desktop PCs and many other related Envy/Pavilion desktop PCs
-supersedes/replaces the older sp145371 (6.0.9464.1) package
-HP support web site will soon be updated to mention the sp149150 package for the supported desktop PCs
