Since iCLS version 1.75.121.0 (4th Nov 2024) and onwards,
the specific HWID SWC\PROVIDER_INTEL_COMPONENT_ICLSCLIENT_ES_ONLY is no longer present in the iCLS INF file iclsClient.inf.
As a result, all the 12th Gen+ newer systems that rely on this HWID can no longer be updated to the latest iCLS versions.
The last version that still includes this ES_ONLY HWID was 1.74.210.0.
Starting with 1.75.121.0, and continuing through 1.76.95.0, and the latest 1.77.4.0, only the generic HWID SWC\PROVIDER_INTEL_COMPONENT_ICLSCLIENT remains.
Anyone know what changed or any reason behind this removal?

I think this is the reason why it's removed. I'm not too technical about this, but it seems like the answer to your question.
