Hi, you need to restore the original configuration file otherwise it may not work.

try replacing the configuration file below with the one from the latest package and reflash it

I also have the Ugreen CM642, after updating it seems to run a little hotter... It has the same temps (according to MacOS) as my fanless ACASIS enclosure. I think something might be wrong with ugreens INI because even with their provided update tool this happens.

Anyway... I tried updating to version 2504417_85_00_00 but MPTool complained the ini file provided by Ugreen (as_mp_Toolv0.6.ini) is not compatible, its version=1008 instead of version=1009
Comparing the ugreen file with the one here from the latest firmware theres only 4 fields different:

version=1009

Reload_Waiting=5
CmdLineNoDevRetryMax=5
CmdLineNoDevDelayms=3000

Version is the first field and the rest is at the bottom of [usb_func], those 3 fields do not exist in the original ugreen INI so i added them, after those changes MPTool accepted the file and update seems to have worked. Other than being hotter everything is fine.
