Intel Management Engine Firmware for B460 chipset

The description for Intel Management Engine Firmware appears to be incorrect for B460 chipset motherboards.
Intel Management Engine (ME) Firmware Version 14.1.80.2616 (S&H)(1.5Mo)(dated 25 Aug 2026) indicates inclusion of B460: (incorrect).

Except, for my Gigabyte B460-HD3 motherboard, the factory-installed ME firmware was version 14.5.x, and has since been successfully updated to version 14.5.45.1763, dated 23 MAY 2022.

As noted, the 14.1.x firmwares have seen numerous security updates. The B460 series should be getting security updates, but nothing since 23 MAY 2022. 
 

Hi, thanks for the info. Yes, there are two versions—14.x and 14.5—so it depends on the specific version; that’s why you should always check the series.
