Just came here to say I had the same problem, a Z790 board that had an inaccessible boot device BSOD (Asus PRIME Z790-A WIFI) immediately after installing the 10.1.19284.8351 chipset drivers via the standard intel setup exe - except I downloaded them directly from Intel's website (which labels these as NUC chipset drivers, BTW). Windows recovered fine with a previous restore snapshot so no big deal - my only comment is WOW never did I ever think these INF files that aren't really "true" drivers can BSOD a system. Bravo Intel! Looks like this is only affecting Z790 chipsets.

This is on Windows 11, BTW, and the boot device is a NVMe FireCuda PCIe 4 that is attached to the CPU M.2 slot and not the chipset M.2 slots.

Recently upgrade from B660 to a B760 motherboard, and I've been experiencing the same 'inaccessible boot device' BSOD in my Kingstone Gen4 KC3000 SSD
Is there any workaround found so far? And after this buggy v10.1.19284.8351 release, did Intel publish any updated/newer version of INF/Chipset driver where this issue resolve?

Also, have anyone tested & confirm whether using the earlier INF versions [i.e. 10.1.19271.8345 (From Oct-22) & 10.1.19222.8341 (From Aug-22)] with the new 7xx series chipset causing the same 'inaccessible boot device' BSOD issue or not?
