I think the problem is on your side, I had no issues accessing and downloading the files.

v6.0.9509.1 UAD ASrock RTK driver from ASRock (posted 5/05/2023)

v6.0.9484.1 UAD Lenovo driver + Dolby APO 3.30507.572.0 SWC driver from Lenovo (posted 5/05/2023)
-older Realtek uad/dch driver version but contains newest Dolby APO SWC driver
