Thanks for the link and the uploaded v18.7.6.1010.2 SetupRST.exe file.

Meanwhile I have extracted its content, which makes it possible to install just the drivers.
Here are the download links:

64bit Intel RST VMD driver v18.7.6.1010 WHQL for Win10-11 x64
