Symptom: When the ThinkPad system is connected to the LAN, the Ethernet randomly starts to flap (continuously connecting and then disconnecting) which makes network usage unusable. Generally, a system reboot is needed to resolve the issue, but the issue ultimately occurs again.
Release note: Fix) Fixed an issue where RJ45 LED emits wrong way in Non-vPro model.
