the same - 4/10/2020. the Realtek 10.0.18362.31260 usb card reader driver from Lenovo has RtsUer.inf file for Win10 x64.

but the 10.0.18362.31260 driver I received from WU on the Toshiba laptop also has a driver date of 4/10/2020 but has RtsUerD3.inf file instead of RtsUer.inf (the temp download link [which has already expired] is recorded onto a windows update log file which I used the powershell command "get-windowsupdatelog" to make a readable WU log file)

there isn't really a difference. just using a different INF file...that's all

here's the v10.0.18362.31260 X64 driver cab download I received from windows update a few weeks ago on the Toshiba laptop that contains the RtsUerD3.inf file

and here are the direct cab download links to the 10.0.18362.31260 drivers from MS Update Catalog as MS had finally posted them several days ago - one 32bit/x86 and the other 64bit/x64 -- both 32bit & 64bit versions have the generic RtsUer.inf file
