[DRIVERS] Realtek High Definition Audio Codecs (HDA/UAD)
v6.0.9022.1 UAD + Dolby/Forte SWC driver from Lenovo [posted 10/11/2020] > ( 9022 UAD download )
---
unrelated note: correction about the addition of the "1458FAD6" subsystem ID added to the HDXGigabyte.INF file from 9031 & 9034 -
there was already an "1458FAD6" entry as HWID "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0887&SUBSYS_1458FAD6" was there before the 9030 something drivers. a second "1458FAD6" ID was added to the 9030+ drivers which turned out to be HWID "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0269&SUBSYS_1458FAD6" - so there are now 2 entries for "1458FAD6"

and while Mokichu has already made an unofficial 9042 uad driver for Asus, I will NOT be doing a 9042 uad driver for Gigabyte systems (in case some people ask) as I'm happy with using the 9034 Gigabyte driver on my Gigabyte board.

i am kindly asking for some Support from you Guys.
My Motherboard is a Gigabyte X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING (rev. 1.0) (Realtek ALC1220-VB Enhance) and i am trying to install a Driver
- how unliky at this Site

but Realtek HD Audio (UAD) Drivers Version R2.8x (9034.1) WHQL (Gigabyte) submitted by Fdrsoft (admin) and Official Realtekdch_6.0.9034.1 DDL posted one Site earlier aren't working for me.
(Win10 20H1)Bluescreen -> System_Service_Exception RTKVHD64.sys
i found out that this sys File is directly related to the Realtek Audio Driver, also i know how to avoid the Audio Driver installation loop - Thanks to this Site and its People!
What do i need to do to install this? Or is it simply not compatible with my Mainboard?
i am currently sitting on the "latest" [6.0.8945.1] from my MB Site Gigabyte
Edit: Thank you very much erpster96! Flawless install after unplugging the Frontpanel! :

@Æther - I saw these in another forum from another user who has a GA X470 AORUS Ultra Gaming board:
I'm getting instant BSOD with Realtek UAD 6.0.9034.1 for Gigabyte (from Gigabyte site) on my mobo Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming and Win 10 1809 LTSC. The last working build from Gigabyte website is 6.0.8945.1.
Finally! Fracking mother of cows! I've found the culprit! I had to remove headphones jack from front panel when installing. Was getting BSOD upon restart unless jack was removed. Probably something with automatic jack detection. Now 9034.1 are working ok.
try disconnecting the front panel jack wiring cable inside your PC and then retry the 9034 driver installation.
otherwise, contact Gigabyte support (by sending them a support ticket) and let them know about the problem

Anyone else tried & faced this same?
The last HDA 8988 was a great sounding driver for old HDA mobo IMO.

nope - at least not on some of my PCs using 9018 FF00 HDA (my old HP computer uses ALC888S and my custom built PC using a Gigabyte board with ALC892) - audio quality still about the same whether using stereo (2.x) or 5.1 sound and still sounding very good with 9018 FF00
guess it only happens to a few people
wish there was a 9000 FF00 x64 HDA driver but the generic 9000 HDA FF00 driver from MUC (the 86.9mb cab download version) is 32bit/x86 only
I'll try to install 9000 HDA FF00 x86 on my cousin's old HP pavilion laptop which does run a 32bit Windows version (not a 64bit version)

unrelated note
waiting for pal1000 to make an unofficial 9042 uad generic driver as a few other folks have already made modded 9042 drivers a few days ago
