Not at my office notebook now, so can't provide a screenshot, but maybe you can accept the supported OS Versions of the Intel Driver 27.20100.8190 .

Operating Systems:
Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - Fall Creators Update (1709)
Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - April 2018 Update (1803)
Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - October 2018 Update (1809)
Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - May 2019 Update (1903)
Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - November 2019 Update (1909)
Microsoft Windows* 10-64 - May 2020 Update (2004)

These are also WDDM 2.7 and can be installed starting from Windows 1709.

Cheers

Intel driver??? I think we're at Nvidia OT & talking about Nvidia driver.

And those are the official supported OS that you listed/quoted for the Intel Graphics, not Nvidia.

If you have any system that's running under 1709, & if you install the latest Nvidia (or Intel) graphics driver & got WDDM 1.7 then post the SS. I'd like to know about that.

Sorry, I don't use 1709 anymore, but I use 1909.
And extra for you I installed now the 450.82 for my MX150, because every Operating system supporting DirectX 12 can install the driver. (Office Notebook has a RTX 2070)
Windows 2004 comes with an update to DirectX 12.1, which lifts DirectX from Feature Level 12_0 to 12_1.
Feature Level 12_1 requires Conservative Rasterization Tier 1 and Raster Order View.
You can see the supported Feature Levels on the last picture.
Beside the feature levels you need to understand which API was added to the every update of Windows 10, for example 1809 added the support for Raytracing in DirectX, 1090 added support for Variable Rate Shading.

I know about every info that you posted here, about Dx12, feature lvl & API lvl, but why did you crop your 1st SS before posting here? That'd clear the discussion that we're going through here i.e. whether driver modelling wddm v2.7 is supported in previous Win10 version prior to the 2004 version or not?

Here is my SS from Windows 10 Version 2020 May Update (Build 19041.264)

Not on purpose, my notebook has 2 Graphic Cards, Intel 620 and the MX150.
I'll give the screenshot tomorrow when I am at office and from my RTX 2070.
FYI, the Intel shows WDDM 2.6, but for some weird reason the Render Tab with the MX 150 is not showing it.

Cheers

Wait what? Your personal PC is having MX150 while your office PC is equipped with a RTX2070? That's something unusual?

& what are the Windows 10 version(s0 that you're on & using on both of those systems?
