I shared drivers from my Driver Store directly (after I got this update via WU) and merged it in one archive (Intel Display Audio is 02/25/2020,10.27.0.9 here) , BUT mobilenvidia from laptopvideo2go.com shared originals (with INFs for all laptops configs)

Because this driver is only for enabling D3D12 on Linux: Enables running DirectML training via TensorFlow in a Linux terminal on a Windows 10 host for Ubuntu 18.04 and Ubuntu 20.04.
There are no newer versions of Ubuntu until October 2020, so there is no reason to provide a new update until there are major bugs. Also this driver is only for Windows 10-64 Insider Preview Build 20145 or later.
But Intel can you tell probably more about it.

Should this driver work on the insider preview builds, specifically:

I can only get the Intel drivers including this one (27.20.100.8587) to work on the last three insider preview builds when I have a second display plugged in via HDMI and the windows project menu is set to duplicate. My laptop is a 4th gen thinkpad x1 yoga using the Intel® Core™ i7-8565U Processor (integrated graphics only) . Any help, explanations, or similar accounts would be greatly appreciated.
