so is there any real differences or changes apart from the WHQL certification? Should I change/install the latest one over the old one or wait for any newer driver at this point?

For me it does not matter if it's the last one but it's up to you to see if you wish with the last pack even if it integrates the same version of the driver as the previous one ;-)

sometimes Realtek updates one version of the NIC driver for one version of Windows but not the others.

and for the English version of the Realtek web site go here:

and the old " www.realtek.com.tw " site has been shut down and redirects to the new site

I find it better we can search by chipset 1263
