Hi, I already read & checked that Readme before downloading & installation, & as you can see that I've already mentioned the earlier post that the card is 82579V, which is not into the list of this Discontinued model list.

Les drivers NDIS65 fonctionne aussi avec Win10 1809, j'ai toujours utilisé ceux là

I always update LAN drivers through the device manager.

I've noticed that packages like the 23 series are not always fully updated for all devices. If I remember correctly going from 23.1.1 to 23.5 said I had the latest driver. Then I went to 23.5.1 and there was an update for my chip.

Seems like you have the same issue. :unsure:
