You can download Intel HD driver 10.18.10.4885 for Windows 7 x64 from the Microsoft Catalog , although I don't think you can install this driver as it is for 3rd gen Intel HD Graphics (Ivybridge).

What is the device ID for your iGPU?

If it is "VEN_8086&DEV_0102" for 2nd gen Intel HD Graphics (Sandybridge) then the last driver for that iGPU and Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) is 9.17.10.4459.

You can download it from the Microsoft Catalog (sort the list by clicking on "version").

You will need to install it via device manager.

I mentioned that, before the Board went under reconstruction, DuMO is pretty unreliable because doesn't check the DeviceIDs installed in your system, it relies only on the naming.
The last driver for your system from Intel is v9.17.10.4229, the above linked version from Microsoft is v9.17.10.4459.

Cheers

I can't find any Intel HD driver 10.18.10.4885 in both of the links that you provided. Can you recheck? & I will check the device ID of the iGPU & revert here.

That's true, yes, I know that. Even I noticed it several times that DuMO certainly isn't 100% accurate when it's coming to giving info about the driver of the installed h/w. Still, I feel to ask in this forum for more info about this matter.
