This version is included in a driver released by DELL. anyone can rip this program and provide an independent setup package?

filename: NVIDIA-Quadro-Series-Graphics-Driver_PDM8C_WIN_26.21.14.4283_A07.exe

There's no independent setup package just for PhysX. If you open the Dell file with 7-Zip, you find that there's a setup.exe that installs everything, and in the 'PhysX' folder, there's just a bunch of DLL files but no setup specifically to install them - that job is done by the main setup.exe.

I have removed the driver and zipped just the required setup & Physx files;

PhysX-9.20.0221-SystemSoftware.zip

Thanks a lot, it works well in my system.I package it as a self-extracting file in zip format.

I thought about doing that but decided to leave it as a zip so that it is more transparent (some people don't like running an executable from a random web source) - although I realise you can extract the exe to scan it for malware/virus many people don't.
