Do not update to this drivers. On Haswell on Windows10 there are lots of bugs. Black screens, blank app windows, system freezing on few seconds. The 5063 drivers works great.

installed & running on i7 4720 with zero issues so far.

glad everything is ok for you, but on my system there were issues with these drivers. rolled back to 5603

and looking at intel site, only change is security updates
