[Problem fixes]
- Fixed the following issues:
- CIRA connection is not opened when the CIRA initiates a PET event.
- PKI provisioning fails when the certificate contains some Organizational Units and the Organizational Unit 'Intel(R) Client Setup Certificate' is not listed first.
- Intel Platform Trust Technology security issue
- TPM is able to restore NV data written before a Restart/Reset sequence with the CLEAR_STCLEAR flag set.
- TPM enters failure mode when defining two NV indices with TPMA_NV_ORDERLY bits set.
