- HKR,Ndi\params\*IdleRestriction,        Default,    0,"1" (Idle Restrictions enabled)

Power-saving support:
- HKR,Ndi\params\PowerSavingMode,    Default,    0, "1" (Power-saving enabled)
- HKR, Ndi\params\*EEE,        Default,    0,"1" (Power-saving enabled)
