these are no longer the latest Realtek APO2 & Realtek Audio Universal Service drivers, fikotr74.
latest ones are now versions 12.5109.2409.778 & 13.5109.2409.778 and 1.0.957.0 from HP's recent 6.0.9951.1 driver package mentioned below

they're included in the recent Lenovo based 6.0.9948.1 Realtek audio driver package mentioned below:
