Hi Have you checked the model and revision, otherwise you can revert to the old firmware see the method below

An Orico branded (RTL9210) NVMe external enclosure purchased from Amazon came from the factory with firmware version 1.24.3. Connected via USB C or USB 3.0 port, the firmware update did not work. Then tried connected to a USB 2.0 port, and the firmware update did actually function. Firmware now on version 1.32.87. Thanks.

I hope, the newer firmware versions include all features from the older ones?
