The used extraction tool was not the reason for the installation issue, because I had no problems to get the driver installed the normal way onto my notebooks with a KabyLake and an IceLake CPU while running latest officially released Win10 x64 v2004.
The only Intel chipset system, where I had no success with the normal (unforced) installation, was my Z170 one with a SkyLake CPU running the Win10 x64 Insider Preview Buid v20231.

MB: ASRock X570 Pro4, CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, System Drive: 1 TB Sabrent Rocket 4.0, Graphics: Sapphire Radeon RX570, OS: Win10 x64 Pro

Again, no support for 6th gen Skylake CPU. I've to stick with the old v29.20.100.9116 for my 6th gen systems it seems.

On another note, Nvidia already released their BETA [DEV] driver for WDDM 3.0 support for upcoming Win10 21Hx branch, hope to see from Intel Soon
