which is the latest then? v10.1.18263.8193 (3rd Jan 2020) or this latest 10.1.1.45 ?

The latest installer is the v10.1.18263.8193 one, but you should not compare 2 Intel Chipset Device Software versions, whose content is absolutely different.
Furthermore the date of an installer is much less important than the date, when the included INF files were written and digitally signed by Intel.

MB: ASRock X570 Pro4, CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, System Drive: 1 TB Sabrent Rocket 4.0, Graphics: Sapphire Radeon RX570, OS: Win10 x64 Pro

If you want to have the latest INF files for all Intel chipsets from 6-Series up within 1 package, I recommend to use the "All-in-One-Package", which I am offering >here< .

There is no all in one package that I can see in your posted link. Moreover, I know you Fernando, I used to have & use your modded AIO INF installer until some time you decided to leave or retire or stopped repacking the AIO for whatever reason I can't remember exactly I read over there in your forum. Since then, I collect the INF driver files from here.

I still didn't get you, or maybe you ain't getting my question, let me try again, due to the lack of the INF & CAT file of the older gen cpu (2nd to 5th in my case), I've to retain both, then older version 10.1.18010.8141 from April 2019 contain all the old 2nd to 5th gen intel cpu INF+CAT files whereas the latest version 10.1.18263.8193 from Jan 2020 only contains the INF+CAT files from 6th Gen.
