( x64/64bit ) {has RtsUerDisableMMC.inf file 64bit - sets "SupportMMC" DWORD registry value to 0, change "SupportMMC" value in Registry editor to 1 to enable SD/MMC support}

Edited 7/10/2019 to post 64bit link from MS (released near the end of June 2019)

Thanks, worked, the only correction is the driver date. It's 25th April 2019, not 26th.

those driver versions are for Realtek PCIe Card Reader devices, SM-003 - not for Realtek USB 2.0/3.0 Card Reader devices.
need to create a separate topic for those RTS-5208/RTS-5229 Card Reader drivers.
