Three inf files were already available here on the forum (hdxacphpbnb, hdxssthpbnb, hdxssthpbnb1). It's only relevant if it's different from those.

I haven't seen any others. "AI" devices are getting new "6.0.99xx.1" drivers, as you know.

there should be, fikotr74. sp174192 is one of them for 6.0.10023.1 (the actual exe download for that one should be available in the upcoming days)

there was supposed to be another 6.0.10023.1 HP driver package specific for desktops, not just for laptops, westlake
rvail just did not know which new other INF files were available for 6.0.10023.1.
the hdxacphpbnb.inf, hdxssthpbnb.inf & hdxssthpbnb1.inf files are used on specific business class HP laptop/notebook pcs.
this treexy.com page recently mentioned them for 6.0.10023.1 > hdxcpc.inf & hdxssthpcpc.inf
hp has not yet actually released such package for desktops and only for laptops; drivermax & treexy driver fusion got them ahead of hp's release schedule

Hello all Realtek audio driver experts,

I am looking for your wisdom and assistance, and please let me know if this is not the correct place to ask.

So, I have been struggling for the last 6 months with this issue, I have an HP laptop model Pavilion 15-cw1004la where I cannot update my Realtek UAD drivers anymore, I am stuck with the Windows Update version 6.0.9850.1 and, unfortunately, every attempt I have made to update them manually through the Device Manager or using different HP softpaqs result in a BSOD: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL (0xA) related to ntoskrnl.exe. These are the conditions and a few facts for further context:
  • The HP  official support page does not have any audio drivers available.
  • I am on the latest BIOS version available F.55 Rev.A.
  • I have performed an extended Windows Diagnostic Memory test with clean results Event ID 2001.
  • I have performed DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth followed by sfc /scannow routines at least 2 times on both Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • I have wiped out (format) my NVME to start from scratch and tested updating in both Windows 10 and Windows 11 with the same result.
  • Hardware ID HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0295&SUBSYS_103C8615&REV_1000 belongs to the Realtek ALC236 Audio Codec family.
  • I am not not sure why, but even if hardware ID HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0295&SUBSYS_103C8615 is present inside every HDXHAPHPNB.inf driver I have tested (supposed to be compatible), I am still getting the BSOD.
  • I have been following this thread for years and this is the first time I encounter this type of issue.
I hope anyone can guide me to the right direction.

Have you tried version 6.0.10013.1 ALL OEM   that @westlake shared from "Microsoft Catalog"?

Also, for example, when you scan with the free version of "Driver Fusion," does it tell you which is the most up-to-date audio driver suitable for your laptop?
