This driver is not WHQL
 See release notes:

This display driver is not WHQL certified because Microsoft no longer accepts driver submissions for WHQL certification on Windows 7.

To install this driver, you must disable Secure Boot and enable Windows Test Mode.

Alternative: You can use the files signed by me . In this case, you do not need to change the Windows settings or disable protection.
