Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection
H/W IDs
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503&SUBSYS_20028086&REV_05
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503&SUBSYS_20028086
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503&CC_020000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1503&CC_0200
Current driver
12.17.10.8 dated 12th June 2018, Publisher & Digitally Signed by: Microsoft
After two years, now Dumo is reporting a new driver v12.18.9.23 (after 12.17.10.8) for Intel 82579V gigabit network connection
Considering dumo's history of showing the wrong driver, asking here, whether that newer driver version showing here is really for the Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection or not.
Have checked Microsoft update catalogue website , & there's the driver v12.18.9.23, but while trying to install that, Intel 82579V is not listed as compatible devices in the INF.
@ Kyle , I'd like you to take a look into this, plus it's been a long since Dumo received any update, more than three months precisely, so maybe it's a time for a new update.
