The disconnection problems may be different, the cable too long or of poor quality in USB 3.2, update the firmware of the USB chipsets of the motherboard or the controller card if available, Also check the firmware of the SSD disk.
I have several NVMe / USB boxes but I haven't encountered any disconnection problems. If Galixte for information on his box and if he also encounters problems
Otherwise the update is only for Windows

In this thread, I see that I should have adapted a configuration file before flashing the enclosure.
Thank you

Updated two RTL9210 based NVME USB enclosures to v1.29.12. (Orico M2PV-C3 and Sabrent EC-SNVE). However the LED remains illuminated after software removal/eject on Intel based Win10 and M1 MacOS.

Was hoping this would be corrected given this was listed as fixed a couple of versions back:

Version v1.27.25.072921 2021.07.29
This firmware update aims to improve stability with Samsung 980 Pro and Western Digital SN550 NVMe SSDs.

The power LED behavior is also improved on Windows, and Intel based Mac systems now when safely ejected the power LED should turn off ( it may blink slowly ) indicating the drive may be safely unplugged from the computer.

This update is recommended for users who have experienced connectivity problems with Samsung 980 Pro or Western Digital SN550 NVMe SSDs.

what do your damp settings look like ? You can try with v1.29.12
Sabrent use:
LED = 0x1
;CUSTOMIZED_LED is 15 bytes
CUSTOMIZED_LED = 0a 01
;SUSPEND_LED_OFF = 0x0
DIS_SHOW_EMPTY_DISK = 0x1
DISK_IPS_THRES = 1
