v10.51 for Windows 10 and v11xx.2 for Windows 11 are now available on Realtek page.

Noticed that Rcv Segment Coalescing on Win 11 are now disabled by default on this new version.

What is the difference between the new NetAdapterCx drivers and the old NDIS ones?

NetAdapterCx drivers are used for recent/modern LAN adapters (ex. the 2.5g ones)
the old NDIS drivers obviously are for old LAN adapters

Yes, but the recent/modern LAN adapters like the 2.5Gb adapters have both NetAdapterCx drivers and NDIS ones. So there must be a difference in architecture.
