YES, SM-003
the non-WHQL (beta) and WHQL versions of 10.046 rt640x86.sys & rt640x64.sys have different dates & file sizes
non-WHQL versions of those files have only Realtek digital signatures
WHQL'ed versions have both Realtek & Microsoft digital signatures as I checked the file properties
ask MrPepka yourself as to why he could not use the non-WHQL 10.0.46 version on his machine as it was blocked on there
the newly WHQL'ed one should work on any machine using Realtek LAN hardware

I have installed a WHQL version, but the system still says the certificate is invalid. Anyone have any idea? WHQL certificate is really invalid, is there something wrong with the system?

Hello MrPepka.
After installing the driver certified by Realtek, you need to select another one (the generic from windows for example) inside the Device Manager. Then remove the 10.046 by realtek with DriverStoreExplorer.
You can then install the WHQL version and it will be ok.
